I've had 2 mini-split heat pumps installed recently by Valley Home Services, after they were recommended by a friend. Their communication has been excellent, from the office staff to the techs who planned and then installed the systems. They were always professional and courteous, answered all questions, and gave me a good tutorial on using my new heat pumps. I highly recommend them!

This is the second heat pump I have had them install. They are professional, the whole crew is knowable about any questions I asked. Every employee had been with the company for at least 5 years and that says a lot these days with everyone looking for a better job. This heat pump was very tricky due to my porch and when they were done you can't see any lines coming out of my house except where it attached to the outside unit. I would recommend them without question.

The estimator was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and gave us great advice. We were given thorough information about financing and rebates. The installation happened within two weeks and went so smoothly that we were totally relaxed the entire time. The crew were very friendly and explained everything as they went along, making sure we had the opportunity to make changes or give approval, such as where to place the units, both inside and out. Very impressed with Valley Home Services! I had a quote and when the electricians got there, found out that I did not need a subpanel that I was quoted for. Ended up saving money on the install. Very happy with the fact that they didn't just do it cause it was quoted, but saved me money! Awesome company great installation and very professional!

I had Valley Home Services install 2 heat pumps in my home last July. The crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient through the whole process despite monsoon rain that day. I just had them come back today for a non-functioning unit. Jason was polite, answered my questions and kept me informed at every step. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
